Natural Learning is what happens when we live our life.
We are continually learning and growing by simply being in our world, following our passions and interests, and listening to ideas that resonate.
When we are told what to learn and how to learn it, this forms limitations of our own ability. By allowing our children to learn naturally, neural pathways in the brain are formed in a way that works best for them. Just as they easily learn to crawl, walk and talk, they learn all other things needed to live a full and inspiring life.
Learning to talk is THE most difficult task we will learn in our lives. It not only involves learning the language we are born into, it is learning cultural habits, non-verbal language and how to use verbal language in a way that works best to meet the individual needs.
Why then do we think children need to go to school to learn everything else? Understanding how natural learning works in our society, presently requires a massive paradigm shift on a large scale.
When our children are given the freedom and resources to follow what is in their hearts, we honour them and their potentials. And they are able to live as whole, balanced and loving humans – the way we were always meant to be.
